- 64bit Windows support
- More Complete export/import support (currently doesn't save menu's, toolbar, and more...)
- Better XML Support (Specifically better support for DTD/Schema/RelaxNG/XSI...)
- Use Regular Expressions instead of Extensions to detect the document mode
- Multiple embedded language support
- Improve the Java Live Errors with lots more error/warning options
- Bring back and expand the Java Refactoring support
- Eclipse like error/warning strip on the right of the editor (Especially in Eclipse Plug-in)
- Subversion Integration (Maybe there's a way to leverage TortoiseSVN (and CVS and Git) directly so you don't have to do it yourself
That's all I can think of now, but I reserve the right to come add things to my list
