1. Better UI
This may include reborn (faster) symbol coloring. Add to this different fonts for different types of symbols (take source insight as an example of what I mean). And finally a background image and background transparency (background videos will be too much though).
2. Better embedded scripts support (someone already mentioned this).
3. Support for RoR and Django template languages.
4. 3 way diff.
5. Performance improvements (This is not a new feature, but I'd still love to see this, especially in tagging).
