Semi-transparent function help (or move out of way)
« on: April 21, 2014, 02:38:34 PM »
When I'm calling a c++ function that I wrote, I like the tooltip that shows me what the profile of the function is, but sometimes I find it is in the way. For instance I forget the names of variables that are on the line below that are covered by the tooltip, and I want to use one of them. It would be nice if the tooltip were semi-transparent so I could see both at the same time.

Or allow it to be moved out of the way.

Try Shift-Up.  That will move the dialog above the current line (if possible).
