I would like to see a button that says "Restore all factory defaults." This would allow you to recover from situations where you messed up the options and want to go back to the beginning. To do this on a Windows machine you have to rummage around in some weird hidden folders and delete all the files there. Even uninstalling and re-installing VS doesn't accomplish this; you have to do it by hand.
