I want to be able to use the keyboard emulation in all pop ups. Right now I can use GNU Emacs key bindings in all editor windows, but, for instance, the "all buffers" windows, Ctrl-X Ctrl-B, does not honor Ctrl-n and Ctrl-p for moving by lines. This behavior can be seen in other pop up windows.
