Could you please add autotools integration? I'd like to have a project type of autotools that comprehends the Makefile.am and knows it's a dependency of everything else, and runs autoconf, autoreconf, configure, etc...
That would be great! I'm using Eclipse to do that, too. Really like to do inside my favorite tool.
