Make all browse windows stay on screen to avoid second step of moving them.
The attached screen shot is from Find->Append->Directory. I have found that EVERY program I have that uses this dialog has the same behavior. Two that come to mind is PaperPort and ScanSnap. But, I know that dialog placement can be under application control SE (an the others) are probably just using the default parameters.
