From time to time I remove files from my SE project using some other application (e.g. SmartGIT). If I then use SE to search for a term in all project files, I get a complaint from SE that the file I have just removed cannot be found. The message window provides options to cancel the search, or continue. What it does _not_ provide is an option to remove the missing file from the project. I would like an option to remove the file so that I don't need to find the file in the project source files list and remove it there.
What would be _really_ nice is if SE had an option to watch a directory (or set of directories) for new (or removed) files, and prompt me to add/remove (or ignore) the files from the project when a change is detected.
