I'd prefer to keep menus and the UI in general as clear a possible.
@JimmieC: Think about just adding your missing Boxer features to your SE configuration. E.g. Removing blank lines (within selection) is just a pretty simple regex replace.

Actually easier, I just open the file in both editors. Alt-Tab between them. Just have to be regimented with the saves.
