When removing files from a project, SE asks if you want to remove the file from source control.  Choices are Yes, Yes To All, No, and Cancel.  There isn't a No To All.  If your files aren't under source control, you have to answer No or Cancel to every one individually.  One or two files is only mildly irritating but a hundred means you have to stick a dime into the keyboard to force the Esc key down and then go make another cup of coffee.  No To All is needed here as well as in a few other places, if only to keep my caffeine intake down to a dull roar and keep footprints off the break room walls and ceiling.
