Need an easy button to export a user defined language including the language specific macros like xxx_proc_search, xxx_list_locals, defload, etc.

The plan is to have a plugin system for v22 (not next major release which is v21). Basically, you'll be able to package up macro files, bitmaps/images, new config files (.cfg.xml in v21), and any other files you want into a zip file (zip file will improve performance for multiple files) or a directory.

While loading macros is pretty easy, you often need config files (color coding etc.) and the plugin system will make this much easier. It will be perfect for creating a plugin for user defined language support. That's its most important use case.

Speaking of which; is there an easy way to _delete_ a user-defined language? I couldn't find any.
