Colors in the process buffer for compiler warnings/errors
« on: November 22, 2016, 06:18:18 pm »
The clang compiler outputs warning/error messages in various colors. They appear as junk characters when compiler output is in the process buffer.

Would be nice if the process buffer would be able to display the colored output. Instead I now need to disable the color output so that I can make sense of it.

Note: I am running SE from windows and my build will ssh into a Mac, perform a build, and send the output to the process buffer. So being able to show these colors in windows even though the build is really on a Mac (through ssh) would be really good.
