Video showing tiling/untiling of editor windows?
« on: March 13, 2017, 03:32:09 pm »
I'm writing an internal wiki for my team on how to use SlickEdit. I found many useful videos on Youtube that I could point them to. I would also like to illustrate how tiling/untiling of windows can be done, but don't see a video for that.

Does a video for this exist? If not, could one be created?

Thanks,
Rob

Now that you can't have overlapping windows anymore, is there still such a thing as untiling?

By untiling I mean if I have 2 horizontal tiles, window1 is in upper part, window2 is in lower part (and no overlapping), I can make just 1 tile by doing Window->Untile.

I think you are referring to "cascade" not "tile"

You are right. Somehow when I looked in the Window menu I missed it.

Unrelated, but I miss overlapping windows.
