Real-time spell check

Can you elaborate what they do that you might like to see in SlickEdit?

Like in Word/Outlook, they just underscore words with the red squiggly line.  Nothing I did to enable that either.  Looks like they only look at quoted strings and comments, which is all I need.  Right click on an underlined word and they popup suggestions.

Also nice that I don't have to remember to check spelling - actually invoke something.  Just keep watch for the red underscores - which I'm used to doing since VS does that for code that isn't correct.

Do you have it turned on?

To turn it on for a single document, go to Document>Spell Check While Typing.

To turn it on for an entire language, open a file of that language, and then to go Document>(language) Options, and in the Options dialog turn on "Spell check while typing".

Ok.  So I did look - under Tools - then made the ASSumption that was all there was. 

Feature complete!  I've now turned it on for ALL languages.  Works beautifully THANKS!

If you go to Tools>Options there is a search box.  For property sheets, it will highlight found items, so it doesn't make it as obvious here, but you will know it that what you searched for is somewhere on the tab.
