Keyboard binding to dock/float toolwindows

Load this macro, then run bindToolwindowToggles to bind Alt+F2 to float/dock each of the standard tool windows.

Includes support to
Toggle dock/float for each tool window
Close a tool window
Pin/Unpin tool window
+/- font size in a tool window
