brief emulation window movement not working

I cannot move between tiled windows with shift arrow key anymore.
It works with the inverted T arrows, but not the arrows in the numeric keypad...
Since I use the numeric keypad to edit/move with, moving between tiled windows now involved removing my fingers from the keyboard and going to another arrow key.

Is there a way to restore the original functionality?  Shift left arrow on the numeric keypad should move to the tiled window to the left, etc

Works for me. Does depending on num lock state though.
