I use Clearcase and recently did a multi-file search/replace. Several files were checked out of clearcase in the process. One of them had a warning in the output, but that warning got overwritten in the Output window when the next checkout occurred.
Would it be possible to add an option to append new messages to the "Output" window instead of always clearing it? Perhaps you can add the timestamp of each new print to the output window, and maybe also the command executed (such as the exact clearcase checkout command that was run)?
