With the search results window set to auto-hide,
Perform a search
The results window pops up then immediately hides
The user then has to bring it back the window back up
I think the preferred operation would be:
Stay up for a configurable time (I think that used to be an option).
Then if the mouse is hovering over it, or it has focus, it should stay open.
Once focus or hovering is gone, it should close.
