list-tags fails to go to last function

If I bring up the list-tags dialog, select the name of the last function in the file, and press Enter, the dialog goes away, but the cursor position is not changed. Running beta 1, Windows 7 x64. Seems to be consistently recreatable for any .C file I have open.

Reproduced.  Will fix for beta2.
