Toolbar editor

I was following the instructions in the help: Creating and Distributing Custom Toolbars (Pro only)

But toolbar editing doesn't work well.
When I try to add a button, sometimes I get a couple of buttons added, sometimes no buttons, and sometimes invisible buttons.

So, I added "Sample button" - that works.

When I add a button, it seems to get added but is usually invisible.
Then, change the ButtonSize, and now the buttons appear to get fixed.

After playing with icon sizes I found my toolbar didn't respond properly.

Turns out that one of the buttons I dragged onto it got this for the icon: bbcalendar.ico@3d32
It specified the icon size.

I didn't request that it do this, and none of the others had this problem.

When I removed the "@3d32", the icon changed to the correct size - though the toolbar height didn't adjust to this new smaller size.

Not sure how you got bbcalendar.ico@3d32.  If you could give me steps to reproduce, I'll try to fix that problem.
