vsdiff - from inside Slick

Again, comparing the same two folders.
I did a diff, then changed options and hit refresh.
Answered "No", and I get this error -

I cannot reproduce this one. 

How many files were diffed?

How many files were shown or hidden by the option change?  I understand there's a stack, so you may not know.
