Reproduction steps:
  • Start SlickEdit 2017
  • Open a terminal
[li]Run [/li][/list]
Code: [Select]
/Applications/SlickEditPro2017.app/Contents/MacOS/vs
    [/li]

Observe in the macOS dock that step #3 above does the following. A second SlickEdit 2017 icon shows up on the dock which seems to indicate that a second SlickEdit process is being started. After the second process figures out that SlickEdit is already running, the second icon goes away and focus is placed on the first SlickEdit instance. This whole process takes a few seconds and seems a bit inefficient to me. Is there a better / more efficient way to do this?

No other way at the moment.
