Organize All Workspaces

Installed the beta 2, it copied all the v21.0.3.0(64-bit) settings perfectly. But wanted to reorganize what project the beta could access. So "Deleted" most of the projects, then it popped up error message. Here's the data:

​Would you minding posting your original converted user.cfg.xml. If you delete your 22.0.0 directory and re-upgrade your config, user.cfg.xml will have your original organize workspace data in it. Then I can try to doing some deletes to reproduce this problem. The stack doesn't quite help enough.
