popup not closed

With the beta 3 I occasionaly get popups not cleared after closing (see attachment)
Only way to get rid of it is closing VS.

These look like paint artifacts.
When do they appear? After displaying any dialog, just the Project Properties dialog (as shown in screen shot)?
Are you displaying over remote desktop or something similar?
Any other information unique to your setup?
