I am on Windows 10 1703 and using the Windows Subsystem for Linux.
I am using an XWindows terminal window that is started with this command: start /min bash -c "DISPLAY=:0 terminator -u -l nimi-python"

Occasionally, when I copy text from there and then paste into SlickEdit I get a stack dump:
This operation is not supported with this clipboard format
clipbd.ex 4945 paste2(D,10,,1)   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
smartp.ex 767 smartp:smart_paste2(,,,1,0,-1)   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
smartp.ex 103 smart_paste(,,,1,char,0,-1)   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
clipbd.ex 6600 _paste_as_one_clipboard(,1,0)   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
clipbd.ex 8084 paste(,1,,0,)   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:
cua.ex 5549 _on_select()   p_window_id: 275   p_object: OI_EDITOR   p_name:

Unfortunately I did not get a screenshot of the error that went along with this.

If I copy the same text again, pasting works.

I am still seeing this with RC1.
