Slick C macros best practices doc is out of date
« on: October 08, 2017, 10:59:15 AM »
I see the Slick C macros best practices doc is dated 2007.  Maybe someone at slickedit could check if there's anything needing updating.  It mentions there's no slick c debugger - which there now is.

I'm am in complete agreeance here. I would love to have a reference doc for writing/debugging macros that is actually up to date and includes good examples for getting started.

Do you mean a tutorial to get you started from scratch or have you already written some Slick C?  If you know C/C++ or javascript etc. it's fairly easy to get started.  The form designer is fairly intuitive too.
