CUA key binding not imported

With version 21 I had Ctrl+= mapped to the diff function. I saved the bindings and reloaded them into 22 and the binding for diff changed to Ctrl+Shift+=

[edit] I didn't realize you were importing. That is different; I would think your old setting would persist.
