Regex Evaluator seems Lost!

This is the first time I opened the Regex Evaluator tool in version 2017. When I did this I initially couldn't find it - it appeared as a tiny square (not an icon, a tiny window) in the upper left corner of my screen behind/beside the trash can.
Once I found a point where I could grab it and extend a side I was okay and it now opens at the location where I last closed it.
This isn't a big deal but could be a problem for newbies so I thought I'd mention it.

For what it's worth, on a fresh temporary profile SE 22.0.0.8 x64 (Windows 7 x64), the Regex Evaluator window displayed normally, but of course things are different on another platform.

Yeah, I'm in windows 10. That might account for it.

I'm still seeing this problem the first time I open the Regex Evaluator after restarting my PC.
Is there any way to tell SlickEdit not to do this?
