SE2017 trial install fails

I downloaded SE2017 Standard.
At the "Request a trial license" step it says:

A newer version of this product has been released. Please download and install our current product before requesting a trial license.
The download link in that message (https://customer.slickedit.com/products) leads to a 404 error.
I called the number listed at the bottom of the SE home page (800-934-3348), but it seems to be disconnected/fast-busy.
I called the other number (919-473-0070), and it eventually takes me to voice mail.
I guess no one tries to install a trial version very often  :)

We are resolving the phone issues now. The 919 number works, 800 number will work again soon. Sorry about that.

The installer for the current version is "sestandard_22000009_win64.msi" ("sestandard_22000009_win32.msi" if 32-bit). Please verify this is what you downloaded and are attempting to install.
