Deprecate Slickedit Regex

The title says it all ... One reg ex syntax should be enough for anyone.

Having a custom one just for Slickedit doesn't help users, and only makes things more complex.

Sorry, but I disagree. I‘m sure a number of users got used to it.
You know, I‘m still using Brief keyboard mapping.. ;)

SlickEdit and the current Perl regex syntax will never be dropped because it would break way too many macros and user config stuff.
