Why are the fonts so small? I just can't see anything clearly!

I mean the fonts of the top menus as well as those in the texts, as shown in the attachment. Is there any method I can use to make them bigger?

Try tools -> options -> appearance -> fonts
Select "dialog" in the left hand list, then select the font and size you want.
