C/C++ #define macro expansion
« on: April 03, 2018, 06:26:52 pm »
Is there a way to get SlickEdit to expand C/C++ #define macros to show the end result?  Eclipse is able to do this, but I can't figure this out in SlickEdit.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

We do not have that feature, however, if you turn on Statement Tagging in the Defs tool window, you can generally see what is happening when the defines are expanded better.

And, of course, you can also use your compiler as a preprocessor (e.g., gcc -E)
