Context Tagging (symbol under mouse)

This may seem like a minor question but, I recently upgraded
to v. 11.  After applying the 11.0.1 patch I had to regenerate
my configuration from scratch due to alot of program crashes.
When I did this I lost the ability to see tag information by placing
my mouse over a symbol.  When I went to look for this option
in Tools | Options | General...   I can't find the switch to turn
it back on.  It previously worked with v 11 before I applied the
patch and rebuilt my config files.   Does anyone know where
this might have gone?   Is it gone for good?

It's in File Extension Setup > Tagging...but I can't vote for it :).
