Missing references case 2 in beta1

Look for missingrefs2.tar.gz that I uploaded to support.

Follow the instructions in missingrefs2/README file to reproduce the issue.

This is a different issue than my other thread with missingrefs1.

90% sure they are new in v23. Don’t have time to go back to v22 to check for sure.

Confirmed that this was the same bug that surfaced in your first example.  Will be fixed in next beta drop.
