Look for lspcli.tar.gz on support.

The problem reproduces with a clean config.
I'm using beta4 on Linux x64, CentOs 7.2

To reproduce:
1) Load workspace file
2) Tell SE where python3.6.6 interpreter is: Project->Properties, Tools tab, Debug, Options, Debug tab: Put full path to python3 interpreter (version 3.6.6) here
3) Debug->Start
    If it fails to start, try again, this failure is the subject of another thread: https://community.slickedit.com/index.php/topic,16414.0.html
4) If it does start, end my script by pressing "Ctrl-C" in the "Build" window
5) Note that the execution suspends (as if it hit breakpoint), even though no breakpoint is set in system file lib/python3.6/selectors.py

I wasn't able to reproduce this on Windows, but is definitely happening on Linux.  Going through the debugger scripts trying to determine why the platforms are different and whether it is easily fixable.
