Using my Toshiba laptop with a native resolution of 1600x900 with Windows 7. Without external monitors, I sometimes use the Windows built-in scaling of 125%. In SE, I cannot run a search from the dialog because the bottom of the dialog is cut-off. There are probably other dialogs that don't scale well but I have not tried to use them.
I suppose that there may be just too many dialogs and textual elements to support this Windows scaling in SE (and not enough demand?)?
