BHB: Duplicate files

Sometimes in the lower pane of BHB the same file is listed twice.
Why would it do that?

I don't know.  I'll have to look into that.  It shouldn't be a new problem (not that that makes it less of a problem, selecting the wrong one seems to do nothing).

Fixed for 23.0.1.  This one isn't hotfixable.
