Difficulty Contacting SlickEdit Sales by Phone or E-mail

I'm working on a corporate purchase of the product, and I've had no luck with phone or e-mail contact.

Did I miss something?  Is there a disaster in North Carolina, or maybe a mandatory corporate holiday?
