When I search in Options, slick removes stuff from the tree view on the left, and highlights the line items in the view on the right.
The highlight though isn't really distinct enough - just a different color, that is similar to the color of the selected item.
Suggestion: Add an icon on the left of the matched items, like a little right pointing triangle or even just a "*".
