Solution with multiple projecjts
« on: March 08, 2019, 06:40:07 pm »
I am running Windows Visual Studio 2010 and have a solution with multiple projects.
SlickEdit prior to V23 correctly displayed all the projects in the Projects pane on the left side of the main edit window.  Unfortunately V23 only displays a single project and I do not see how to select files from the other projects.

Am I doing something wrong?

Here is the Slickedit info:

What kind of projects are they?  I don't see any issues with Visual Studio 2010 solutions samples on hand, could you post your solution and project files to test?  No source files are needed, just the project and solution files.

Thank you for responding to my query.  I am attaching an .SLN file and two of the project files.

Note that the problem I am having (more than one project file in an .SLN file) worked fine in previous versions of SlickEdit (prior to version 23).  Version 23 only shows one of the projects so it is complicated to add a file when working on a project that is not shown.

Thanks again,
Michael Bate

I don't see anything obviously wrong with the solution, when I load it in a clean config all the projects are there.  Could you post a screenshot showing what you are seeing?  Also, you could try closing the workspace, delete the .vpwhist file, and re-open the workspace in the event that file has become corrupted.

THANK YOU!!
I followed your suggestion: deleting the vpwhist file and that solved the problem.  I had to open the .sln file.
Thanks again, and thanks for a great  product.  I've been using SlickEdit for years.
