problem with purchasing slickedit pro 2020 license

Hi, we are buying the new version (2020) of slickedit pro license for linux/mac just now. It failed to process the credit cards. Would you please help to confirm the purchasing system was ok and can be used for the new version?

I can verify that credit card processing is working on our side. Please contact sales@slickedit.com and they can get you taken care of.
