vsdiff 23.0.1.2

If I run it from the command line with no parameters or select it from the start menu I get a dialog that says "File '' does not exist."

If I provide command line options it runs normally.

What platform are you seeing this on?  I can't reproduce it so far.

Can you PM me an email address?  I have a new DLL I'd like you to try.
