'tab' selection list for edit command omits some files

I'm running SlickEdit 23.0.1 on Windows 10. In past releases, if I press alt-e (Edit) and then type a path in the command line and press Tab, I got a selection dialog of all files in that directory. With 23, some files (binary?) are omitted from this selection list. How do I get the old behavior back?

The macro variable def_binary_ext has a space separate list of extensions that are excluded by default for Brief emulation. Just edit or clear the list Macro>Set Macro Variable...
