Hi,
I've noticed this problem in both SE 12.0 and 12.1 using windows XP SP2.
If I have a process buffer created when my laptop hibernates then Slickedit never seems to recover after the laptop is resumed.    The text windows of the interface will draw but the lower tool pane will take up to a minute to refresh  and during this time Slickedit does not respond to any mouseclicks or key strokes.   Eventually the tool pane will refresh and it will appear that SE is running normally but as soon as it is minimized or another application pops over top of it, then SE will again take a very long time to refresh the lower toolpane and be unresponsive the entire time.
The strange thing is, even if I close the SE application and restart it, the problem will still persist.   The only way I have found to recover from this is to reboot my laptop which is quite obtrusive.    Currently I am being very careful to close the process tab before letting my laptop hibernate but sometimes you can't catch it in time, particularly if you are on battery power.
Annother observation is that I don't see a lot of CPU activity during this unresponsive time so maybe slickedit is waiting for something and eventually times out?
