Beta1: Diff wrong message

I did a folder compare in DZ.

I picked a file in the tree and diffed it.
I modified the left file until it was the same as the right, and then saved and exited.

I picked the same file again in the tree and diffed it.
I get this error even though the files are identical.

Files match (except for leading comments), view them anyway?

Dan:
It may be that it always gives that message if Skip Leading Comments is on, I'll have to check.
