When comparing with vsdiff the scrollbar range isn't set correctly.
If I compare two small files and I pull the scrollbar slider only a little bit to the bottom I'm already at the end of the files.
If I compare two large files I can not reach the end of the files with the scrollbar slider.
The range of the scrollbar should be set to the line count to the largest of the two files plus the "Imaginary buffer line" lines.
Win10 64-bit.
