multiple monitor window location
« on: November 06, 2019, 10:32:22 PM »
I seem to be having the same/similar issue as this poster: https://community.slickedit.com/index.php/topic,17029.msg65948.html#msg65948

When I run Slickedit on a workspace that is not on my primary monitor and click the new file icon on the toolbar, the new file dialog box appears on my primary workspace on my primary monitor. If I am using a secondary workspace on my primary monitor the new file dialog box appears on the correct workspace where Slickedit is running--as it should.

I have 4 monitors and yes Slickedit did detect the resolution of the monitors correctly. I am running Slickedit on a Mac Pro.

I am wondering if the issue has to do with the fact that I have "forced" MacOS to regard my second monitor as my primary monitor. I wonder this because I also use a Mac Pro at work with dual monitors and I can run Slickedit on the second monitor at work without issue.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Slickedit and this did not seem to help.
