Is it possible to copy text from CodeHelp?
« on: November 12, 2019, 07:46:43 pm »
What I'm trying to do is fill in doc comments for my functions.
When they call another function that throws exceptions, I'd like to copy that into my doc comment.
So ideally, Slick would copy that stuff in (kind of like Override-method refactoring, but applied to comments!).
Better than nothing, allow me to copy text from CodeHelp.

To clarify, I'm using function-argument-help.

Weird, now trying again I am able to copy the text - at least 50% of the time, it does seem a bit unreliable.
But, it doesn't go into the clipboard history - its just a plain windows clipboard post.

It probably would be faster for you to do a Ctrl+Dot, copy the desired comment text directly from the comment, then Ctrl+Comma to get back.
