C# Doc Comments, <see> problem

Look for the example code "class Math" under the <see> section.
When "<see>" is not nested, it doesn't show up -- there is no link after "See:"

In the 2nd screen shot, I added a <see> tag nested under <summary>
There it works.

I will put this on my list.  Also looks like there is a spacing issue with the generated HTML.
