Look for java-missing-constructor-push-refs.7z on support.
See the README file inside to reproduce the issue.
I forgot to put the word "REPRODUCE" in the mentioned file in step4, go to line 21 of that file for repro instructions.

Fixed for the next v25 beta. (Actually the same bug as a recent one you reported).
I am also going to migrate this to the v24.0.2 hot fix branch for a future hot fix.
